Pricing

All repairs have a call out, which is paid to the engineer or the office on our visit. This covers you for the full cost of the repair. If your appliance requires a part, and our engineer has that part on their van, they will quote you the price of the part before fitting. If the part is not on the engineers van stock we will order it in and return to fit it once it arrives, once you have agreed to the price. There are no additional call out fees and no fitting fees; the only additional cost would be the cost of the part. All our repairs are guaranteed for 90 days as industry standard.
